How Merqiva decides whether an opportunity is worth pursuing.
Merqiva combines public-source research, structured qualification and AI-assisted analysis. The goal is not to produce more names; it is to help sales teams prioritize accounts with a defensible reason to act.
1. Research
We collect relevant public business information about the company, fleet, operating context, products, contracts, projects and market activity that may affect buying relevance.
2. Evidence
VERIFIED FACT: A claim supported by an identified source. INFERENCE: A reasoned conclusion drawn from one or more facts. UNKNOWN: Information we cannot verify confidently and will not present as fact.
3. Qualification
We assess company fit, fleet fit, product fit, decision-maker relevance, signal strength, recency and commercial relevance. Qualification criteria should be agreed for the customer's specific offer and market.
4. Opportunity Score
The score is a prioritization framework. It is not a guarantee, probability of purchase, or forecast of revenue. Higher scores indicate stronger alignment with the defined qualification criteria.
5. Why Now
Merqiva identifies a current event, change or signal that can make an account more relevant now than a static lead list would suggest.
6. Decision Maker
Relevant procurement, purchasing, technical or fleet-side roles are researched and the current-company relationship is checked where public evidence permits.
7. Sales Action
Each qualified opportunity should end with a recommended next action and sales angle, so the customer knows what to do with the research.
Quality promise
Merqiva can replace an opportunity that fails the qualification criteria agreed for the customer's plan. We do not guarantee replies, meetings, contracts or revenue.
